Dr. Horowitz serves as Section Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at White Plains Hospital and is recognized for his skill in complex surgical care. Dr. Greenberg, a Senior Attending in Surgery at Phelps Memorial Hospital and recipient of Westchester Magazine’s Healthcare Heroes Award, is known for his longstanding relationships with patients throughout the region. Dr. Oks adds to the team’s strength with extensive training in advanced oral surgery techniques and a focus on compassionate patient care. Together, these doctors combine a passion for precision with a deep commitment to patient wellness.
