Andrew Horowitz, DMD, MD, FACS
Dr. Andrew Horowitz is a fellowship-trained, board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with more than 18 years of experience providing cutting-edge surgical care rooted in academic excellence and human-centered compassion. He currently serves as the Section Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at White Plains Hospital, where he leads surgical teams in delivering hospital-grade care in both clinical and outpatient settings.
Dr. Horowitz received his dental degree from a top-tier institution and completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at one of the nation’s most competitive programs. His advanced training spans dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, full-arch reconstruction, and facial trauma, with a focus on medically complex cases where precision is paramount.
As a leading voice in regional oral healthcare, Dr. Horowitz plays an integral role in advancing surgical standards while mentoring the next generation of oral surgeons. Andrew Greenberg, DDS
Dr. Andrew Greenberg, a distinguished oral and maxillofacial surgeon, brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to his practice. After earning his dental degree from the NYU College of Dentistry, Dr. Greenberg completed a rigorous residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Lincoln Hospital/New York Medical College. He holds certification in Dental General Anesthesia from the New York State Education Department and is an Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Provider.
Dr. Greenberg’s professional affiliations underscore his dedication to excellence. He is a proud member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. A respected leader in his field, Dr. Greenberg has served as president of both the Peekskill/Yorktown Dental Society and the Northern Westchester Dental Study Group. He is also a Senior Attending in the Department of Surgery at Phelps Memorial Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, NY.
Recognized by his peers for his outstanding contributions to oral surgery, Dr. Greenberg has been named one of Westchester’s Top Dentists annually since 2009. In 2020, he was honored with the prestigious Westchester Magazine Healthcare Heroes Award, a testament to his dedication and impact on the community.
Dr. Greenberg’s passion for dentistry stems from his close relationship with his grandfather, Dr. Samuel Gattegno, a pioneering dentist who practiced in the Bronx for over four decades after emigrating from Eastern Europe. Inspired by this legacy, Dr. Greenberg focuses on delivering patient-centered care with precision and empathy.
At his practice in Briarcliff Manor, Dr. Greenberg specializes in addressing complex dental and maxillofacial conditions. His expertise includes wisdom tooth extractions, dental implants, biopsies of oral and jawbone lesions, surgical exposure of impacted teeth, surgical root canal procedures, and treatment of jaw fractures.
Beyond his practice, Dr. Greenberg is committed to giving back. He has participated in multiple humanitarian dental missions to Jamaica, working alongside a dedicated team of dentists and hygienists. During these missions, he performs vital oral surgery procedures for underserved patients, providing care to approximately 100 individuals per trip who otherwise lack access to dental treatment.
